What I am working on W1

Here is my snapshot of zones of regulation that I am working on, don't worry, soon I am posting the full version when I'm finished. We are doing this for our inquiry topic. It is for describing what all our emotions are like and why we use them and also how to manage them. 

The green zone is used when everything is fine and we have no worry's and we are happy. 
The blue zone is when we are feeling a bit weird and we are not fully soothed. 
The yellow zone is when we are starting to feel a bit out of control and getting a bit angry. 
The red zone however is when you have no more control on what you are doing and you don't know what you can do with yourself.
