This morning we met an adopted mother chicken and a chick. The chicken was called a Silkie and the chick was a Australorp.
These are the facts that I learned when miss johns came in with the chickens. We found out about their life cycle, their life cycle is egg, chick and then chicken and the chicken lays eggs and it goes over again. I also learnt that chickens or other birds don't pee, their pee is mixed with their poo!!!
It takes 21 days for a chicken to hatch out of an egg! I Hope you liked this post, blog you later!
